Life always has those bumps, those humps, and those hills. However, I find myself to have been very fortunate and I am very blessed. I have been surrounded lately by people that are so much less fortunate then me, which has made me sad but also made me appreciate my life more. First off, I couldn't ask for a better family. I have a decent paying job which so far I enjoy, a sweet car that runs, great friends, a nice boyfriend, clothes on my back, shoes on my feet, and food in my stomach. I have never had to worry if food was going to be on the table or if I would be able to see a doctor.
I still huff and puff and gripe and complain when things don't go my way or I simply don't want to roll out of bed. I think I need to set an event in my cell phone calendar for every single day that says, "Get Over Yourself Sarah."
These times in life are new and exciting. I just hope that I can enjoy my blessings, take on the struggles, and most importantly help other people along the way. Feel free to kick me in the shins if I ever put on the "Me" attitude. Everyone could use a kick in the shins every once in awhile I am sure.

Ah Sarah. Those there are some good thoughts. I love the new quote on your blog up top and I think I too could use a daily reminder to get over myself.
Hmmm. Who knew I would find inspiration on a blog today?
Thanks!
