Look What the Chef Man of the House Tossed Up

Brian took over the kitchen last night. In fact he made me go in the living room and relax. It was actually hard for me not to peak over his shoulder and say, "hey why don't you add that to that..."

What a marvelous dinner. I was MORE than impressed.

Stuffed Mushrooms, rum sauteed mushrooms and onions, apple stuffed encrusted pork chops, $3 Trader Joe's wine. All of which melted in my mouth.
